SEV is a tax-exempt foundation pursuant to a Council of Ministers decree. The sum of donations and grants extended to SEV can be deducted from the taxable corporate income base in the maximum amount of 5% of a company’s total income for the corresponding fiscal period, provided that the total donation amount is indicated separately in the corporate tax return.
